Shipping & Returns

Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 3pm est. ship the same day, orders placed after 3pm are shipped the next business day.

Returns are not accepted on any products. Each product was tested thoroughly before and used by LASH HONEY XO to ensure quality. However, please reach out directly via email (hello@lashhoneyxo.com) or Instagram (@lashhoneyxo) direct for any questions or concerns regarding your order so we can help.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If your items arrive damaged, a claim must be filed within 24hrs of receiving the item. To submit a claim, email: hello@lashhoneyxo.com, or send a direct message to @lashhoneyxo on Instagram with your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and all of the original packaging to be considered for a replacement.
